We’re a few days away from the Atlanta Falcons first road game of the season, as they travel to Florida and face the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With the team back at practice on Wednesday, we got our first look at where they stand health wise as we inch closer to Sunday’s game.

You can expect to see the practice reports here every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, except for when the Falcons play on Thursday night or have a Bye Week.

Wednesday’s official practice report:

If you’re wondering if I forgot to add the names, I did not. On Wednesday, nobody appeared on the team’s injury report. That’s good considering they’ll need everyone they can get following the game against the Eagles, where unfortunately they were also pretty healthy and didn’t manage to stay in the game. One noticeable piece of news, however, is that linebacker Brandon Copeland appears to have shaken off his injury last week and is healthy again. Copeland was cut by the team prior to the Eagles game and has since been re-signed, and he’ll have a role this Sunday.

Looking at the early Buccaneers official practice report, they had a few names pop up. Linebacker Shaq Barrett (back), wide receiver Antonio Brown (knee) and safety Jordan Whitehead (hamstring) practiced in full on Wednesday, while linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul (hand) was limited.

We will continue to monitor the Falcons and Buccaneers daily injury reports leading up to Sunday’s game.
