Heading to Falcons training camp? Here’s an updated roster to take with you

Heading out to one of the Falcons open training camp practices over the next week? We’ve created an updated, sorted roster for you to download and/or print and reference while you’re at Flowery Branch.

Falcons training camp is officially underway, with the first two days of practices in the books. Both of the initial practices were closed to the public, but the first open practice is taking place on Saturday at Flowery Branch. Fans, as well as several of our staff, will be flocking to Atlanta’s practice facility to get their first glimpse at the new roster and coaching staff under Arthur Smith and Terry Fontenot.

As someone who has quite a bit of experience watching football practices, I have often found the provided rosters and booklets a little lacking. They’ll work in a pinch, but they don’t work well for trying to quickly identify players during drills on the practice field. That’s because they aren’t sorted by position and by number, instead usually going with numbers or even alphabetically.

So, I’ve created a printable version of the Falcons roster—updated for today, July 30, and including the signing of WR J’Mon Moore—for my own personal use and for anyone else that might be heading out to the Branch over the next week. I find it easier to use and quicker to reference than the provided rosters, which helps a lot when trying to identify players who are moving quickly between drills.

You can find the roster here. Feel free to download and/or print for your own personal use. If you have any suggestions about how to improve the roster or any other things you might like to see listed, share those in the comments below!

If you’re planning to print out the roster, I’d suggest the following guidelines.

IF YOU HAVE A PRINTER THAT CAN PRINT TO “NARROW” MARGINS:

Set the document to Portrait orientation, Narrow margins, and the Scale (or Zoom) to 83%. This should cause the roster to take up the whole page without pushing any text to other pages.

IF YOU HAVE PRINTER THAT PRINTS TO “NORMAL” MARGINS:

Set the document to Portrait orientation, Normal margins, and the Scale (or Zoom) to 74%. This should cause the roster to take up the whole page without pushing any text to other pages.

If, for whatever reason, the roster doesn’t seem to fit on one page, reduce the Scale (or Zoom) by 1% until it does.

We hope you enjoy training camp over the next few days, and look forward to seeing you there!
