With the NFL schedule released on Wednesday May 12th, the official start of the pointless predictions portion of the season has begun! To talk about that and more, Jeanna and I were joined by Michael Rothstein of ESPN to look at the schedule and figure out what it may (but probably doesn’t) mean for the Falcons 2021 season.

Topics discussed:

  • What Michael is really interested in whenever these schedules are released
  • The game in London, the early bye week and why this may not be such a bad thing
  • The “mini-bye” in November that could be quite beneficial to the team
  • Why the true determining factor for this team isn’t the layout of the schedule, it’s what Dean Pees can do with the defense this year
  • Thoughts on some of the rookies and the incredible energy they’re already showing
  • So much more
