In our latest podcast, I am joined by Kevin Knight and Adnan Ikic to quickly run through some of the various options the Falcons have for their day 2 picks. With a patchwork roster and quite a few holes left to patch, Atlanta really does have their pick of the litter.

Some of what we discussed:

  • Why running back Javonte Williams may be a surprise pick at the top of the 2nd, but could make a ton of sense
  • The multitude of options at offensive line including Creed Humphrey, Landon Dickerson and some less well known names
  • The fact that Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah may be the best player available and could fill a need at safety for the Falcons
  • Trevon Moehrig and why he would be a great long-term building block for the defense
  • The stunning fact that Azeez Ojulari is still available and could be the highest drafted UGA player in Falcons history
  • So much more
