The 2020 NFL draft is right around the corner and one of the biggest questions is whether or not Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff is going to make a move up in the first round. There’s certainly precedence for it as the Atlanta general manager has not hesitated to move up “for his guy” in the past. To be fair, the move for Julio Jones has proven to be a great one and other trade ups - like for Desmond Trufant - have similarly worked out.
So, we decided to get together on the podcast to talk about it. And the new uniforms. And who the Falcons should target if they do move up, whether it’s C.J. Henderson, Javon Kinlaw, K’Lavon Chaisson or even Isaiah Simmons.
I was joined by The Falcoholic himself - Dave Choate - and our fellow writer Adnan Ikic to talk about these possibilities with less than a week to go before the draft kicks off.
