Free agency gets rolling next week, so we’re on the cusp of having more interesting things to discuss on Sunday afternoons. But until then, all we can do is speculate about how the 2020 Falcons will shape up this offseason.
As you know, the Falcons don’t have a ton of cap space to work with. Clubs are currently operating under the Top 51 rule, so everyone outside of the top 51 salaries on the roster does not currently count against the salary cap. The Falcons have just over $4 million to work with right now, despite that fact. That’s not even enough to sign this year’s draft class, much less add anyone else via free agency.
What moves do you think the team will make this offseason, and how can they make those moves work financially? Which players would you like to see the team draft to fill holes and add depth? Here’s your place to chat about it.
