The sun rose once more this morning, and the Falcons have signed John Wetzel again. Time is a flat circle. Read on for Falcoholinks for a Thursday.

John Wetzel. Again.

The prodigal son returns after his release on Monday. Offensive lineman John Wetzel has been signed and cut and subsequently re-signed by the Falcons four times in the last year. This is starting to feel like a toxic relationship.

The new CBA holding up personnel moves

The Atlanta Falcons have been extremely quiet on the personnel side since the offseason bega, save for a couple of minor moves. One of the primary reasons for that is the lack of clarity regarding the new CBA. The Falcons are reticent to make any large moves until the new CBA takes effect, and, well ... the timeline of that is still up in the air.
