The Falcons dropped their eighth game of the season yesterday against the Saints. A late-game comeback effort was stifled in large part to ineffective situational offensive play-calling. The bad times continue for Atlanta, and we’ve got your lowlights and more in Monday’s Falcoholinks.

Swept by the Saints. 2020 is bad.

Ricardo Allen had a rough game on Sunday, and it would get worse as he left in the third quarter and would not return due to a concussion. We’ll monitor his status as we move through the week.

Defensive end Jacob Tuioti-Mariner would also leave the game with a concussion.

Younghoe Koo has been downright nails this season, and he continued his stellar work on Sunday against the Saints. Prior to the game he was awarded NFC Special Teams Player of the Month honors, a well-deserved acknowledgment for one of the most reliable kickers in the game.
