Falcoholinks: All the Falcons news you need for Tuesday, Dec. 1

Fact: Deion Jones hasn’t eaten a potato chip since 2004

NFL: Las Vegas Raiders at Atlanta Falcons Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

Happy Tuesday, Falcoholics! It’s a brand new day. Who will the Falcons be this week? A juggernaut that has woefully underperformed this season? Or an inept, shenanigan-prone excuse for a football team? It’s anyone’s guess!

Evan Birchfield’s weekly stats piece is a good place to start if you’re still riding high after Sunday’s drubbing of the Raiders. And this week’s fantasy stud and dud is definitely a can’t-miss. On that front, Younghoe Koo continues to buoy his fantasy owners. (Unfortunately the same cannot be said of Brian Hill.)

David Walker highlighted the candidates for this week’s offensive and defensive players of the game. And because I sorta maybe kinda like y’all, I brought you this week’s “3 Falcons up, 3 Falcons down.”

The Falcons’ win over the Raiders was historic, believe it or not. But how did the rest of the NFC South fare in Week 12? We have the answer to that very important question.

Last but not least, Dave “Sasquatch” Choate recapped the win over the Raiders for your reading pleasure.

Go, Falcoholics. Seize the day.
