Watch Patriots - Jets Monday Night Football and cringe

A battle between one disappointing team and one truly awful team.

NFL: New England Patriots at New York Jets Brad Penner-USA TODAY Sports

Tragically, the Jets have a primetime game. Where teams with coaches on the hot seat have either fired them and moved on (Falcons) or won just enough to stave off the axe (Lions), the Jets have elected to keep Adam Gase around to really drive home the message that they hate their fans.

Tonight, the 0-8 Jets will face off against a disappointing 2-5 Patriots team, one that has amusingly been getting calls from Boston area radio hosts and columnists to fire legendary coach Bill Belichick. We’ll take him in Atlanta if that happens. New England’s talent is depleted and Cam Newton has been struggling, but they’re easy favorites against a Jets team that has barely been competitive this year.

If you enjoy bad football or you’re morbidly curious to see if the Jets can humiliate the Pats, you can use this as your open thread. If you’ve got better things to do...well, fair enough.
