If, like me, you came into this game with little confidence that the Falcons could win you were not alone. The Raiders offense came in with numerous weapons and a QB who is having one of his best years ever. Yet, Atlanta dominated from start to finish in a win that surprised nearly everyone that saw it.
Evan Birchfield and I recap that win on our latest postgame podcast. Topics include:
- The incredible performance by the defense, particularly the play of guys like Deion Jones, Keanu Neal and A.J. Terrell
- The relatively “quiet” day from Matt Ryan without Todd Gurley and Julio Jones in the game
- The fact that Dirk Koetter is still not calling good games, even if the team did score 43 points
- Taking advantage of the four turnovers and making Josh Jacobs look like just another back
- So much more
