Falcoholinks: All the Falcons news you need for Wednesday, Nov. 25

Fact: Julio Jones can speak at least seventeen languages with his eyes closed

NFL: Denver Broncos at Atlanta Falcons Dale Zanine-USA TODAY Sports

Happy Wednesday, Falcoholics? We are just 24 hours away from turkey, cranberry sauce, pies of every sort, and a post-dinner couch nap that will literally make you the happiest you’ll be all year. Sure, the Falcons are not a good football team, but it’s going to be alright.

Emotions on emotions on emotions. That’s the best way to sum up how The Falcoholic’s staff is feeling after the Falcons fell to 3-7. Seasons like these are no fun, that’s for sure.

It’s safe to say we’re still processing last weekend’s loss to the Saints. In the search for answers, the snap counts are a good place to start. And if you still can’t stop yourself from getting emotional every time someone utters Taysom Hill’s name, Eric Robinson has 3 takeaways that may get you over the hump. If all else fails, grab an ice cold adult beverage and give Evan Birchfield’s stats piece a read.

The Falcons weren’t going to win anyway, but it sounds like Julio Jones is already a game time decision. Because, generally speaking, the Falcons can’t score points without Julio on the field, that doesn’t inspire much confidence.

Happy day before Thanksgiving, Falcoholics. It’s gonna be OK.
