Atlanta’s standout rookie linebacker Mykal Walker left the game in the second quarter of Week 11’s contest against the New Orleans Saints with a leg injury.
Walker was seen getting stretched out by a trainer on the sidelines following his departure, indicating that the ailment is hopefully nothing serious and that he may be able to return to the game later.

Up to that point, Walker had a key pass breakup in the red zone which helped hold the Saints to a field goal on their second drive of the game. He left with the Falcons leading 6-3.
Walker has thus far been PFF’s highest graded rookie linebacker this season, exceeding expectations as a fourth round selection in the 2020 NFL draft.
The rookie came into this game having played in all nine games thus far, starting three of them. Thus far this campaign he has registered 26 combined tackles, one tackle for loss, two QB hits and a forced fumble.
Mykal Walker is questionable to return.
