The Atlanta Falcons have been hit hard by injuries this season. As we already knew, the team will be without Ricardo Allen, Younghoe Koo and Keanu Neal against the Green Bay Packers. A.J. Terrell has also been ruled out due to being on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

That’s a lot of starters who were already ruled out on Saturday’s injury report, and now we have the official inactives for Monday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers.

Falcons inactives:

  • K Younghoe Koo
  • S Keanu Neal
  • RB Qadree Ollison
  • S Ricardo Allen
  • T John Wetzel
  • DT Deadrin Senat
  • DE Takk McKinley

Packers inactives:

  • WR Devante Adams
  • QB Jordan Love
  • DB Parry Nickerson
  • LB Rashan Gary
  • TE Mercedes Lewis
  • DL Kenny Clark

It’s unfortunate that the Falcons will be without key starters on defense, but on the bright side, both Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley are good to go tonight. Jones is current tied with Roddy White for the all-time franchise record in receptions, so look for him to make Falcons history tonight.

We’ll also see how newly signed kicker Elliott Fry, who has never kicked in an NFL regular season game, does while filling in for Koo. The Packers will most notably be without star wide receiver Devante Adams, and Allen Lazard was placed on IR last week for a core muscle injury that requires surgery. Their absence could be huge for the struggling Falcons secondary.
