You should know by now that the Atlanta Falcons did not make the playoffs this season after finishing 7-9, but there’s still plenty of football to watch. There’s only four teams remaining in the NFL, and only the Kansas City Chiefs made last year’s playoffs.
Entering this weekend, Kevin remains in the lead in our staff picks and likely won’t be caught, with a 169-94-1 record. Close behind in second is Cory with a 167-96-1 record, but can he catch Kevin with only two weeks left? We’ll soon see.
So let’s turn our attention to this week. As mentioned in the title, this week there are only two games, the AFC and NFC Championships. On Sunday at 3:05 p.m. the Tennesse Titans will play the Kansas City Chiefs and also on Sunday, the Green Bay Packers travel to take on the San Francisco 49ers at 6:40 p.m.
Everyone is taking the Chiefs to be victorious in the AFC Championship, except for James, Cory and myself, who think Derrick Henry will be a challenge for the Chiefs’ defense. In the NFC Championship, everyone has Kyle Shanahan making the Super Bowl except for Dave, Eric and James who either think the Packers will pull an upset, or they just want to see Shanahan lose.
