Today’s question might be a little more challenging than the last one, and it concerns the draft.
In Thomas Dimitroff’s tenure as general manager, which stretches all the way back to 2008, he’s certainly had his fair share of huge success stories and duds. In all those years, Dimitroff has managed to draft seven players who never played in an NFL regular season game.
There are a couple of caveats here, as there often are. Injury took out more than one of these players, as you’d expect, and none of them were drafted higher than the fifth round. The other caveat is that one is from a very recent draft class and is still kicking around the league, meaning he could get into a game down the line.
Let’s see how many of them you know and can remember. I will say that more than one of them was a mild surprise to me.
