Season Finale

Yesterday we brought you our staff’s thoughts about the season finale. In short, we are happy they won, but why couldn’t they play like this during the first half? Why?!?

Falcons linebacker Deion Jones won Defensive Player of the Week and broke a franchise record, which is neat. Jones had a respectable year, given that he was working his way back from an injury that largely derailed his 2018.

Moving Forward

Much of the roster will hit free agency this Spring. Take a look at the complete list of players headed for free agency. Meanwhile, a number of players that are still under contract may wind up as cap casualties. It just depends on how aggressive the front office decides to be during the off-season.
