New, comments

Check out what the Falcons will wear for each game in 2019.

The 2019 NFL season is right around the corner, and the Atlanta Falcons have revealed what uniforms they’ll wear for each game in 2019.

The Falcons currently have three uniform sets:

Red/White – is what the team has worn at home since 2003, and has been the primary home uniform since they removed the black alternate in 2009. Aside from a few minor tweaks, such as a collar alteration, they’ve remotely remained the same.

White/White – is the road whites which the team has also worn since 2003.

Black – is the throwback uniforms we’ve been more accustomed to seeing in recent years.

2019 Uniform Schedule

Week 1: @Minnesota Vikings – Sunday, September 8, 1:00 p.m. – White/White

Week 2: vs. Philadelphia Eagles — Sunday Night Football, September 15, 8:20 p.m. – Red/White

Week 3: @Indianapolis Colts — Sunday, September 22, 1:00 p.m. – White/White

Week 4: vs. Tennessee Titans — Sunday, September 29, 1:00 p.m. – Black

Week 5: @Houston Texans —Sunday, October 6, 1:00 p.m. – White/White

Week 6: @Arizona Cardinals — Sunday, October 13, 4:05 p.m. – White/White

Week 7: vs. Los Angeles Rams — Sunday, October 20, 1:00 p.m. – Red/White

Week 8: vs. Seattle Seahawks — Sunday, October 27, 1:00 p.m. – Black

Week 9: BYE WEEK

Week 10: @New Orleans Saints — Sunday, November 10, 1:00 p.m. – White/White

Week 11: @Carolina Panthers — Sunday, November 17, 1:00 p.m. – White/White

Week 12: vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Sunday, November 24, 1:00 p.m. – Red/White

Week 13: vs. New Orleans Saints — Thursday Night Football, November 28, 8:20 p.m. – Black

Week 14: vs. Carolina Panthers — Sunday, December 8, 1:00 p.m. – Red/White

Week 15: @San Francisco 49ers — Sunday, December 15, 4:25 p.m. – White/White

Week 16: vs. Jacksonville Jaguars — Sunday, December 22, 1:00 p.m. – Red/White

Week 17: @Tampa Bay Buccaneers — Sunday, December 29, 1:00 p.m. – White/White

A notable takeaway is that the team has decided to wear the throwbacks for three games this upcoming season, against the Tennessee Titans in Week 4, the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8, and the New Orleans Saints on Thanksgiving in Week 13. It’s a shame we still won’t get the black alternates that the team stopped wearing prior to the 2009 season, but the throwbacks are a clean look which are loved league-wide.
