Do you love the Falcons’ decision to go with guard Chris Lindstrom out of Boston College in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft? Do you hate it? Here’s your chance to tell the world about it.
We’re starting a new feature here at The Falcoholic called Falcoholic FanPost Fridays. Each Friday, we’ll post a prompt, and your job is to head to the FanPosts and share your take on whatever that week’s topic is. This week it’s easy. The Falcons shocked everyone with the selection of Lindstrom, especially after the offseason acquisitions of James Carpenter and Jamon Brown made guard look like less of a need. Oh, and I should mention that they also gave Brandon Fusco $1 million that became fully guaranteed in March.
I have strong feelings about it, but this isn’t about me. This is about what YOU think of the pick. I’m closing comments on this post to encourage you to hop into the FanPosts and vent or celebrate away, depending on your thoughts on Lindstrom.
If you haven’t posted a FanPost before, here’s a quick primer. Click this link to get to the FanPosts, and then click the New Fanpost button at the top left of the page. Share your thoughts and publish it. Oh, and I haven’t even gotten to the most fun part yet.
Our staff will review the submissions, and each week we’ll pick the one we like the best. That FanPost will be featured on the front page of the Falcoholic all day on Monday.
We’ll have plenty of our own takes on Lindstrom on The Falcoholic over the next few days, and we’re looking forward to reading yours too.
