Falcons - Saints: What you’ll need to know to watch Sunday’s game

It’s time to gear up for football once more, this time with a rivalry game.

The Falcons play the hated Saints this week, and it’s not exactly what any of us were hoping to see when we came into the game. Atlanta’s 1-7 and burning their way through a lost season, while New Orleans lost Drew Brees for weeks and just kept winning regardless. Our team is one of the worst squads in the NFL and theirs is one of the best, and typing that I could taste blood.

Anything can happen in a divisional game, though, and regardless of your feelings on the team’s draft position I hope we can all agree this would be a good game to win. Beating the Saints would make them so damn mad and would serve as one bright spot to look back on as the Falcons otherwise get walloped this year, so let’s hope it happens.

When you settle in to watch on Sunday, here’s what you’ll need to know.

Falcons - Saints Week 10

Where: Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Lousianaish

When: Sunday, November 10, 1 p.m. EST

Big Questions: Will the Falcons have Matt Ryan, Desmond Trufant, and others back for this one? Will Atlanta’s defense finally show up against their most hated opponent? What happens to Dan Quinn if this team loses?
