The Falcons have something to play for this week: pride. Sweeping the Saints won’t make up for a lost season but it sure wouldn’t hurt, either. So if you’re anticipating a mediocre Thanksgiving meal and drunken rants courtesy of that uncle nobody likes, then make sure to tune in.
Did you know that 9/10 dentists don’t recommend our links? The nerve!
The Falcoholic himself penned a recap of Sunday’s loss. It’s got everything: the highs, the lows, the utterly embarrassing performances that caused the Falcons to losing to the Jameis Winston-led Buccaneers.
Falcons Twitter got a little grumpy Sunday afternoon too, which is to be expected. Big fantasy football fan? Then you don’t want to miss this week’s edition of “stud and dud.”
There weren’t a lot of positive performances to highlight after Sunday’s game. I gave it the ol’ college try in this week’s “3 Falcons up, 3 Falcons down”, because why not? Meanwhile, David Walker brought us the most “offensive” defensive players as well as the best offensive players.
What the heck is wrong with this offensive line? Wasn’t it the number one priority during the offseason? Didn’t we drop 2 first round draft picks and an absurd amount of money in free agency fixing this problem? I blame you, Thomas. Thanks to you, there aren’t a lot of real options to clean up this mess.
Last but not least, because the Falcons decided not to show up yesterday, they are still in the hunt for Chase Young.
