Damontae Kazee exits field with possible concussion

It’s not a loss the struggling Falcons need.

The Falcons certainly don’t need any more losses on the defensive side of the ball—or the offensive, for that matter, but let’s keep moving—but they keep stacking up regardless.

This time, it’s physical cornerback Damontae Kazee, who is now being evaluated for a concussion. That’s not great news for a secondary that is going to have to rely on Kendall Sheffield and Jordan Miller with him and Blidi Wreh-Wilson out, but we’ll have to hope he can get back into the game. Either way, this defense is struggling, allowing 23 points early in the third quarter against Houston.

Good thoughts heading Kazee’s way.
