The Atlanta Falcons have their hands full with the Los Angeles Rams coming to town this week. One key player will be healthy despite a question mark on Thursday.
The team said guard James Carpenter is ready to play coming off a knee injury, per ESPN’s Vaughn McClure.
McClure also says that corner Blidi Wreh-Wilson should be ready to return, which is a boost to the hurting secondary. That’s great news, considering starting corner Desmond Trufant has been ruled out for a second week.
Everyone else who’s been on the report this week, like Julio Jones, Adrian Clayborn and Ricardo Allen, should be ready to go for this one. That gives the team a pretty healthy roster even with Trufant unable to go.
As for the Rams, two of their best players, new corner Jalen Ramsey and running back Todd Gurley, appear to be in the clear.
Todd Gurley and Jalen Ramsey have been removed from the Rams’ injury report and are good to go on Sunday. Ramsey left his back injury behind in Jacksonville.

Those are two obviously huge names for the Rams, and it’ll be something to see how the Falcons responds to having them out there when Gurley returns to Georgia and Ramsey makes his Rams debut.
We’ll see how both teams fare once they meet in Mercedes-Benz Stadium this Sunday.
