Falcons vs Eagles: Who is the offensive player of the game?

I wish this weren’t so easy.

As we start up a new series for the 2018 regular season, I was truly hoping this would be an article with multiple candidates from week to week. Unfortunately, the Falcons offense gave us the kind of game where the candidates ranged from “LOL NO” to “oh God, are you kidding?”

This week, the only reasonable candidate in my mind is Julio Jones.

Julio finished the game with 10 receptions for 169 yards and a single carry for 11 yards. Those numbers should be higher, except the NFL still doesn’t know what a catch looks like in 2018. He was nearly impossible to stop all night and was the only target Matt Ryan appeared to trust on the evening.

Some other candidates I gave consideration to: Uh, maybe Devonta Freeman? Tevin Coleman had a few nice plays. Oh God, this is so awful and not at all how I hoped this would go.

Who do you think the offensive player of the game was? Participate in our poll (LOL) below:
