Well, folks, it’s just about time for Falcons football again. I hope you’re ready for this.

This week’s opponent is one of many that looks stronger in 2018 than we anticipated, but this remains a winnable contest. The Falcons have a better offense than the Bengals (on paper) and Cincinnati has not been able to play the caliber of defense they appear to be capable of (again on paper). Playing at home and with Takk back, I like Atlanta’s chances in this one.

And let’s just focus on this one for now. It’s hard not to be anxious about the future of this team and that’s more or less what we’ve been writing about constantly, but for the next three hours or so, put it out of your mind and watch a football game. We’re still here for that, after all.
