It’s a rivalry game. None of this Falcons-Buccaneers or Falcons-Panthers nonsense, which isn’t even two decades old. We’re talking about Falcons-Saints, which dates back to the days of the old NFC West and is equal parts contentious and enraging.

Today’s a chance for the Falcons to deal yet another body blow to the Saints, putting them down at 1-2 in what might be Drew Brees’ final effective season and catapulting Atlanta into first place in the division if everything breaks right. This games matters, in other words, and ought to be as fun and stressful as hell.

Here’s everything you need to know. Go Falcons!

Falcons vs. Saints key info

Time: Sunday, September 23, 1:00 p.m. EST

Location: Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, Georgia

TV Channel: FOX

Streaming: FuboTV

Announcers: Sam Rosen and Cris Carter

Radio: 92.9 The Game

Odds: The Falcons are favored by a field goal at home

Prediction: Falcons win, 30-24

Key Questions: Will Duke Riley or someone else be able to stop Alvin Kamara? Will the Falcons hold this Saints passing game in check enough to win? Will the Falcons’ offense be as good as it was a week ago (or better) against an inferior defense?
