The second game of the 2018 season hasn’t been played yet, and the injuries are already beginning to pile up for the Falcons. Today’s list has some new names on it, which is never a great look the Thursday before the game.

On the positive side, Austin Hooper and Blidi Wreh-Wilson were full participants on Thursday, making them all but penciled in to play on Sunday.
On the negative, starting LG Andy Levitre was added to the Limited list today with an elbow ailment. This immediately harkens back to the injury that sidelined Levitre for the back-half of the 2017 season. Being limited isn’t the end of the world and it appears he’s likely to play, but this is definitely a name to keep an eye on not only this weekend, but going forward.
Additionally, Devonta Freeman is still on the DNP list, raising serious questions about whether he’ll suit up for the game on Sunday. The activation of Brian Hill is looking more and more like a move to shore up depth in case Freeman is riding the pine against the Panthers.
What are your thoughts on the developments on the injury report?
