The Falcons are loaded at wide receiver, per PFF and common sense

Wow, who knew?

There are many good reasons to be optimistic about the 2018 Falcons, but the sheer number of weapons remains very near the top of the list. When you have Devonta Freeman and Tevin Coleman at running back and some promising options at tight end, you’re already halfway there. Fortunately for the Falcons, they also have one of the best receiving corps in the NFL.

To wit:

Julio’s comfortably in the fold and ready to follow up a year with a number of drops and only three touchdowns, as you all like to remind me, with improved production. Sanu is as steady as they come as a possession receiver and should have better looks in 2018 with Julio and Ridley on the field with him. And Calvin Ridley, of course, has an enormous amount of promise and upside, and could be a genuine factor as soon as this season. Throw in Justin Hardy, who sometimes seems criminally underused given his red zone production and steady hands, and you have one of the three or four best receiving corps in the entire NFL.

Is the season here yet?
