Our kind but stern overlords at SB Nation suggested that we ask some questions over these last interminable weeks of the summer to engage you, our kind but stern readers, and we happily obliged. I didn’t know what to expect when I polled Twitter on favorite encounters with Falcons players, but as it turns out, you guys have had some pretty fun (and sometimes insane/potentially made up) brushes with players.
Here’s a few below that are worth calling out, and I’m amazed how many of you have met Warrick Dunn over the years. Once you’ve read through, please chime in with your favorite stories, if you have any to share.

You may remember the following story from the site.
Let me tell you about a dinner with Mack & Garland. Oh wait I cant be arsed to tell it. pic.twitter.com/JhAGPr2KQr

2010 NFL Draft party: I was standing there alone & awkward, I looked up & realized that Tony Gonzalez was next to me. I blurted out, "Holy cow, you're Tony Gonzalez & I'm so freaking excited that you're a Falcon!" We fist bumped, then I ran off before I could ruin everything.

I don’t know what to do with this story.
I saw Peria Jerry at a grocery store in Los Angeles yesterday. I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
Also saw DiMarco in a Burger 21 and I was the only person to recognize him. I called him out after he left, people were bummed they didn’t know it was him.

From someone who encounters a lot of Falcons players, this carries some weight. Keanu Neal: Polite off the field, impolite on it.
Can't say I've ever seen a happier person than the day I met @Keanu_Neal the day after he was drafted. Smile lit up the building and polite (off the field) times 10.

Before the London game the players were in Trafalgar Square for a fan event and all walked through together. Bear Pascoe walked past and I shouted “touchdown tomorrow, Bear?” He turned and put his thumb up then proceeded to score the second TD of his career against the Lions
