Falcons DT Grady Jarrett is going to be a damn problem for offenses next season

Jarrett’s getting ready to take his game to the next level.

Grady Jarrett’s been a solid performer for the Falcons over his first three seasons in the NFL. But expect bigger and better things from him in 2018.

Jarrett wants to make even more of an impact on the field, and he’s putting in the work this offseason to make it happen.

“I’ve been working, grinding, trying to get healthy and trying to find my way to get to the next level and just really challenging myself,” Jarrett told The Falcoholic during Friday’s Rally on the Runway event to benefit the Rally Foundation.

Jarrett recently posted a video on Instagram of himself working out. He has clearly been hitting it pretty hard this offseason.

He has a six-pack, man. This dude weighs nearly 300 pounds, and he has a six-pack.

Jarrett was already explosive for his size. Our sincere condolences to every offensive lineman who has to slow him down next season.
