The Falcons signed Brandon Fusco, and you’ve now had almost 24 hours to process that signing. Now we want to know how you’d grade it.
The points in favor of Fusco are that he’s a veteran with extensive starting experience, that he’s coming from a Kyle Shanahan offense with a blocking scheme that’s very similar to what he’ll be doing in Atlanta, and that he’s always been very solid as a run blocker.
The points against Fusco are that he’s not exactly the best in pass protection, that he’ll be 30 years old when the season starts, and that he’s not exactly an elite upgrade on Wes Schweitzer, even if the team clearly views him as a legitimate one.
