Falcons vs. Cardinals: Open thread, tracker and key info

The Falcons are 4-9 and balancing dignity with draft position. The Cardinals are 3-10 and doing much the same, but with the added benefit of having few expectations coming into this year. One team, presumably, has to win this, and we’ll soon find out who it will be.
