The Atlanta Falcons resume their 2018 season with a game against the AFC East-leading Washington football squad, who are probably not as good as their record would indicate. That doesn’t guarantee anything, of course.

The Falcons head into this game still down some of their key players, and now with Robert Alford and Matt Bryant questionable to play, they’re at significantly less than full strength. Washington will attempt to take advantage of that by grinding this shaky defense to dust and pulping Matt Ryan, but we’ll hope that doesn’t happen.

As Dan Quinn says, it’s one week at a time from here on out, and a win keeps the season alive. The next three games are not easy but are eminently winnable, and getting to 6-4 would give this team a fighting shot. But there I go, not going one week at a time myself.

Here’s what you’ll need to know to watch the game on Sunday.
