Calvin Ridley is bringing home the awards
Remember after week 1 when Calvin Ridley got zero action against the Philadelphia Eagles? Things have changed a lot since then. Ridley brought home the coveted Offensive Rookie of the Month award for his 264 received yards and 6 (!) touchdowns.
Ridley looked far and away the top offensive playmaker of the draft so far. He’s so good that those goons over at Cat Scratch Reader want Panthers fans to leave D.J. Moore alone! They think comparing Moore, taken before Ridley, is unfair. I say it’s a good comparison, especially since Ridley is so much better.

Analytics battle! What do PFF numbers show us about Sunday’s game?
David Walker looked at PFF’s numbers to find out which positions have the edge. Of course, if you’ve seen the Steelers defense, you probably have a good sense where this is ending up.

The sacrifices are still churning
After another tough loss, we sent Desmond Trufant to the ol’ lake of fire.

Dan Quinn thinks loud music is getting in the way of the defense
Apparently Deion Jones was so good that he was able to get the plays out to other players with the practice DJ. The defense has looked lost, so the DJ is the first thing to go. I mean, it can’t get worse, can it?
#Falcons coach Dan Quinn has ordered the DJ to turn the music down at practice so they can monitor communications between the players better.
