2018 Pro Bowl schedule, channel, and open thread

The Falcons have three representatives in Orlando today.

There are only two games left on the schedule for the NFL before we sink into the darkening offseason. Next Sunday, of course, we get the “unique” “privilege” of watching the Patriots and Eagles play in the Super Bowl. Today, we’ll get to watch a game with much lower stakes when teams line up for the 2018 Pro Bowl.

The Falcons technically sent four men to the Pro Bowl, but Julio Jones sat out, which leaves Alex Mack as the only original selection actually playing today. Mack is headed to his fifth Pro Bowl and his third straight, including his second as a member of the Atlanta Falcons.

Deion Jones and Keanu Neal, meanwhile, were both alternates who are playing in their first Pro Bowl. Both defenders were terrific in the regular season, and I’m willing to bet Deion Jones comes up with a big play in this game, however inconsequential that may be. It will likely be the first of many selections for both young players.

Here’s what you need to know to watch and cheer on your Falcons, if you’re so inclined. Use this as your open thread for the game!
