The only thing that is certain about today’s slate of games is that there will be a team with a 10-year plus Super Bowl drought playing in Minnesota two weeks from now. That’s the good news, and the better news is that we could even see two teams with that kind of drought making it.
I’m a big fan of not watching the same team in the Super Bowl year after year, unless that team were to hypothetically be the Falcons. Today, then, I’m a fan of the Jaguars. I also wouldn’t particularly mind if the Vikings won, but I’m less concerned about that outcome at the end of the day.
Use this as your open thread for both of today’s games, and pull your hardest for a brash young Jacksonville team that seems capable of knocking off Tom Brady and the Patriots if they play at a high level.
