Vote for the best Falcons on offense from 1966-1970

It’s not an inspiring offense.

NFL: Philadelphia Eagles at Atlanta Falcons Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

The Atlanta Falcons were not a good team when the franchise started, but they did have some good players. Today, we’ll sort out the best of the best on the offensive side of the ball from that abbreviated era. Spoiler: Only one or two of these will be eligible for consideration as the best at their respective positions when we vote on that in a week.

By and large, though, it’s good to remember that this team came from very humble roots. The heights we’re seeing now took a long time to reach, and it’s always good not to take the talent in place for granted.

Vote below, and we’ll tackle the defense tomorrow.
