It is the preseason, but just like the offseason, we have some unclear injury information regarding a potentially top player. Damontae Kazee is likely to play meaningful snaps this season, but seemed to be behind the starters at safety and nickel.
This won’t help.
Quinn said Damontae Kazee had an ankle injury. Hopeful he's in good shape.

Kazee limped off the field during Atlanta’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He did not return after leaving with the trainers. This is concerning, as Kazee had an ankle injury through most of camp.
This is likely the end of Kazee’s playing time in preseason, and it might be a little later into the season until he can earn meaningful snaps.
