Meet your 1981-1990 Falcons All-Decade Team

It’s a team with some borderline Hall of Famers, but also the kinds of holes that plagued the real team all throughout the decade.

The dust has settled, the votes have been counted, and we have an All-Decade Falcons team for the decade I was born in. It’s a good one.

The biggest problem is that it also has some holes, specifically at one of the tackle spots, tight end, and on a handful of spots on defense. You’ll see when you see the lineup, but while this is one of the most intriguing teams in Atlanta Falcons history, it’s not one I’d feel good about against the 1991-2000 or 2011-present squads, at the very least.

Here’s your full team! We’re on to 1971-1980 next, and we’ll how many of you can remember back that far.
