We gave you a list of nominees, you made your own nominations, and we voted. Now we have hammered out a list of the best Atlanta Falcons of the current decade, spanning the 2011 season to present day.
This list offers a pretty capable team overall, one that predictably features a lot of current names, one future Hall of Famer at tight end, and a defense that mixes a handful of Mike Smith-era greats with up-and-comers from today. It’s a team that could stack up against the best any other Falcons era could offer, and the hilarious part is that it would probably barely beat today’s actual Falcons team. We’re living in blessed times.
Here’s the full team. We’re on to the 2000s, now, so reflect on these greats today.
