Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman has successfully turned potential into production over his three year career. He racks up yardage like Dave racks up empty beer cans. Setting aside the contract-related elephant in the room, Free is in his prime. These are his glory years.
NFL Network is revealing their top 100 players. Last year Free ranked 50th. This year he moved up nine spots.

Free won’t turn 26 until next March. He only rushed 404 times over three years at Florida State. Then there’s his current role as one part of the NFL’s best one-two punch RB tandem. In short, there’s no reason to think his remarkable production will fall off anytime soon.
Congrats, Free!
