The Atlanta Falcons just made a draft day trade with the Buffalo Bills, swapping out of the second round.

We have traded the 63rd pick to the @buffalobills.

This means the Falcons have an early third round pick and two additional picks on the draft’s third day (in the fifth round, no less), bringing them back up to six selections. If the team is reasonably confident they can get a player they like at 75—and I’m sure they are—this is a great move. I always love to see more selections for the team, no matter how good they are.
Atlanta had seen all the possible safety targets in the second round go, more or less, but there are still quality guards and pass rushers left on the board, if the Falcons are so inclined to go in that direction. Let’s see what they end up with in the 2017 NFL Draft now.
