It’s not the regular season schedule we’re all waiting for, but the unveiling of the Atlanta Falcons 2017 preseason schedule should still whet your appetite for what’s to come.
Playing the Jaguars is an annual preseason tradition, it seems, so it’s no great surprise to see our friends from Jacksonville capping off the preseason on August 31 in the NEW MERCEDES-BENZ STADIUM, emphasis added. The Miami Dolphins will also be a regular season opponent as the Falcons draw the AFC East, while the Steelers and Cardinals are two strong teams (Pittsburgh more so) that will be hoping to make playoff pushes this year. There’s not a truly weak team on this list, not that it means much when you’re talking about playing large chunks of games against backups.
We’ll see how quickly we learn the dates for the other three games, but while we wait, tell us which ones you’ll be attending, if any.
