Start an NFL team with only NFC South players

Go nuts.

NFL: Atlanta Falcons at Carolina Panthers Jeremy Brevard-USA TODAY Sports

It’s the heart of the offseason, and I can’t just pull news out of thin air like some of wizard, so we’re going to try to have fun while we wait for that news to appear.

Today’s exercise will see you creating a very good NFL team out of only the four squads in the NFC South. These rosters are studded with good players, but in many cases the choice will be a relatively easy one for you. Quarterback is the one spot where I foresee many, many arguments.

In this scenario, I’m looking to build a team that is young and good, so you’ll see a mix of excellent veterans and young players I believe have enough upside to warrant being on this list. I imagine you’ll find a few of my choices...unorthodox. And perhaps a bit homerish.

Build your own starting lineup, using up to 3 receivers, four cornerbacks, and four linebackers.
