Deion Jones makes NFL.com’s list of top players under 25, Keanu Neal snubbed

An honor and a notable snub.

The Atlanta Falcons have some young, exciting talent on their football team, as any fan will attest. Surely a list of the best 25-and-under talent in the NFL will feature some of these players!

Well, we got one. Universally praised second-year linebacker Deion Jones, who is about as fast and physical as anyone on the team, is a no-brainer choice, and he’s here, as you’d expect.

Here’s what the article says about Deion Jones:

Watching the first half of Super Bowl LI, you might have thought the best player on the field was No. 45 in red. Jones racked up nine tackles against the Patriots, finishing off a rookie season that saw him emerge as one of the NFL's better linebackers. All Jones did was record 108 tackles, three interceptions and two defensive scores. Yeah, so he deserves this nod. Word.

Tevin Coleman? No. Vic Beasley? No. Keanu Neal? No. This list is, in my humble opinion, incomplete. I really can’t wrap my head around Neal not being on it, given that he was one of the best safeties in the NFL in his rookie year and has a ton of upside. Landon Collins and Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix are on notice, at the very least.

Which Falcons would you add here?
