The Falcons came into this game surprisingly healthy, but it may have been a little bit of smoke and mirrors.
Andy Levitre came into this game as a bit of a surprise start given his ongoing triceps issue, but he didn’t last very long, exiting the game after the first drive (or maybe during, I missed it) and now questionable to return with that same triceps injury apparently flaring up. Now Ben Garland is in the game at left guard, and we’ll hope the rest of the line can stay healthy, given that Ty Sambrailo and Austin Pasztor are the next men up.
Taylor Gabriel, meanwhile, was hurt on a punt return and is visibly limping. He is headed to the locker room and seems very unlikely to return unless that was just a particularly nasty cramp, which means we’ll be seeing more Justin Hardy and Marvin Hall the rest of the way. Hardy is overdue for a breakout game, so we’ll hope he gets it.
