The next time someone tries to bully you and tell you Mohamed Sanu can’t throw a ball 50 yards in the air, you punch that person right in the face and tell them they’re wrong. Not only can Mohamed Sanu sling it, but he can sling it as far as any quarterback in the NFL.
Here’s your absurd stat of the day: Only three other touchdown passes in the NFL this season have traveled as far through the air as Sanu’s did Sunday. The names on this list include three of the best young quarterbacks in football and Mohamed Sanu, and that is just delightful on so many levels. Considering Sanu bobbled the ball a bit before he got that pass off, this might be the single most impressive pass of this NFL season.
Most air yards on a TD pass this season, according to ESPN Stats and Info: Deshaun Watson, Texans vs. Seahawks 55; Jared Goff, L.A. Rams vs. Giants, 54; Carson Wentz, Eagles vs. Redskins 53; Mohamed Sanu, Falcons vs. Bucs, 50. https://t.co/nZxkgfWElZ

Also, Sanu’s rating suggests he is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all-time. He literally has never thrown an incomplete pass.
