Part of the Georgia Dome is still standing after being imploded

Nothing is ever cut and dry with the Atlanta Falcons, and that includes explosions.

On Monday, the Georgia Dome was brought down with thousands of pounds of explosives. It was a pretty cool sight, and this is a reminder that you should definitely watch the MARTA bus video again with the sound on.

That will never get old.

Well, it’s Sunday, and part of the Georgia Dome is still standing among the wreckage. Justin Felder of Fox 5 snapped a photo before today’s tilt against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It looks like the remains of a once great civilization, like when you see ancient ruins. Except this one held a wide array of Atlanta Falcons teams.Take it in, because this is definitely your last view ever of the Georgia Dome.
