Julio Jones has had a bit of a disappointing season for a player of his talent. He’s fifth in receiving yardage and has only one touchdown. He’s had a few nagging injuries, and Steve Sarkisian is still finding out how to maximize his best weapon.
Those injuries? They are gone now, and Jones is not even listed on the team’s injury report.

Julio’s next match up?
Oh yes.
Mike Smith’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Smith’s defenses live in a magical world where sacks don’t matter. They also have no dang sacks, and are tied at 30th in the league. For the uninitiated, there are only 32 teams in the NFL. Oddly enough, the Tampa defense has also allowed the second most passing yards in the NFL.
It’s as if those two may be related
Atlanta’s passing attack has taken some serious steps forward this season. If Atlanta is looking for a week to set it off, playing this trash divisional team is the place to start. Julio is healthy, and Tampa’s trash defense can’t stop anybody.
