The Atlanta Falcons may need to figure out how to run without their best running back. Devonta Freeman took a tough hit to the helmet, and stood up just a bit wonky (medical term). He was quickly evaluated for a concussion, then went back to the locker room for more testing.
That’s always bad.

That’s concerning, especially since he had a concussion in the preseason.
This is Devonta Freeman’s second concussion since training camp. Freeman suffered a concussion in the preseason back in August.

Two concussions in this short amount of time suggests it is likely he misses more than just next week. The Falcons may take it slow with Freeman, and keep him out at least a few weeks.
